1. What is directory layout for my domains?
Please, read your invitation letter first.
Your home dir is (you will see this when you login using ftp or ssh)
/home/www/yourlogin/
Your domain root directory is
/home/www/yourlogin/yourdomain.com/htdocs
Your cgi-bin directory is
/home/www/yourlogin/yourdomain.com/cgi-bin
(every file located in this directory is treated as cgi script (even it hasn't .cgi suffix!))
Your domain raw logs are in
/home/www/yourlogin/yourdomain.com/logs
(They are rotated every day!)
2. What I need to connect using SSH from Windows?
You will need SSH client. SecureCRT (Commercial) or PuTTY (free).
3. Where is sendmail located?
Sendmail executable is /usr/sbin/sendmail
4. Where is Perl?
Perl executable is /usr/bin/perl
5. How can I connect to my site using Front Page?
In fronpage go to menu and select open webpage set. Type in URL http://yoursite.com (without leading www!). Now authorization window should pop-up. Type in your login and password, that we have sent you in the invitation letter.

8. What is SUEXEC?
Suexec is an apache mechanism for running cgi's under user uid. Your CGI will run under your user account uid, so you don't need world writable directories! That's great for your privacy! Please note that suexec does some security checks, so if you set world writable flag on your cgi script, server will not run it, instead it will display 500 internal server error. 9. My CGI's don't work? Can you help me?
Did you read suexec FAQ entry? Did you read apache foundation suexec faq? If no, please, read it first. Does your script run from command line when you run it using terminal? If no, than debug it first, if you can't do that contact support with you account info, detailed description of your problem and exact URL of your script. Please note that you can be charged for extra cgi programming.
10. How can I connect to my MySQL account?
Please read you invitation letter, you can connect from command line, PHP or Perl. We sent you a database name, the login name to MySQL is same as your ftp login, the password is same as your ftp password. From command line use
mysql -p your_database_name
command and enter your password from the invitation letter.
11. I want to register domain, can you provide me your DNS servers information?
Yes, our primary DNS server is ns1.westmaster.com and secondary DNS is ns2.westmaster.com .
